These naturally sweet Ice Cream Bananas are grown and harvested in Haiku–Pauwela, Maui, Hawaiʻi at Hale Akua Garden Farm & Eco Retreat Center, a CCOF Certified Organic farm and our sister farm in long-standing collaboration. Living City Farms holds deep ties to Hale Akua—our farm manager previously served as Director of the Garden Farm, and this offering reflects shared stewardship, agroecological practice, and respect for the land.

Harvested at peak ripeness and gently dried, these bananas develop a rich, creamy sweetness with soft caramel notes—true to the beloved “ice cream” banana variety.
