What is a CSA?
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. CSA program participants register with the farm of their choice to receive a “share” of the farm’s produce each week of the growing season. Payment is usually made at the start of the season, which allows the farm to pay for up-front costs of producing food, which are generally much higher in the spring.
How it Works
The CSA season begins on June 19th and runs through October 28, and buying into the program is easy. The order cut off window is every Monday by 11:59 pm. Here are three simple steps to get fresh produce each week.
1. Purchase online for $35
Add the CSA product to your cart and checkout online for $35. Order by 11:59 pm Monday to pick up your order the same week.
2. Select your pickup location at checkout
Choose from one of three pickup locations in Tallmadge or Akron.
3. Pick up & enjoy
